| When will my subscription begin? |
| Subscriptions are processed immediately and you will receive the next available issue. American School & Hospital Facility is published bi-monthly (six issues per year). |
| Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms? |
| Our subscription files are audited annually by a third party, BPA. In order to stay in good-standing with this organization, we must prove that subscribers want to receive American School & Hospital Facility every year. Therefore, we need you to renew your subscription each year. |
| How can I order back issues of American School & Hospital Facility magazine? |
| A limited number of issues are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email info@facilitymanagement.com to find out if the issue you want to purchase is available. Back single copy issues are $6.95 sent inside the USA and $12.95 sent to Canada. All orders must be pre-paid. |
| How do I change my mailing address? |
| To change your mailing address, please use our Online Change of Address Form. Please note that since we prepare mailing labels far in advance, we need at least eight weeks' notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your subscription. Please be sure to give us both your old address (exactly as it appears on your magazine label) and your new address when making an address change. Or you may also email subscriber service directly with your old and new address information. |

| I changed my address already, why is AS&HF magazine still being sent to my old address? |
| We prepare the mailing labels for our issues well in advance. When you contact us to change your address, your request is processed immediately. However, the change sometimes does not take effect for one to two issues because those labels have been preaddressed. |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
| You may choose to cancel your subscription at any time. |
| Will my name be added to other mailing lists? |
| From time to time, we find other products, services or events that are of interest to our readers. In such cases, we allow qualified, professional organizations to access our mailing list. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please send us a request to remove your name from our promotional file. |
| How much is an annual subscription? |
| Unqualified annual subscriptions are available for $29.95. |
| How much do single issues cost? |
| Individual issues are available for $6.95 each. |
