How much does a subscription to Neurology Now® cost?
New subscriptions are free to patients, their families and caregivers who reside in the United States.

I just sent in the card from the magazine. When will my subscription start?
Neurology Now® is a bi-monthly magazine, with issues published in February, April, June, August, October and December. As a rule, if we receive your subscription card no later than one month before the next issue is published you will likely be on the mailing list to receive that issue.

As with sending in subscription cards, if we receive your online subscription request no later than one month before the next issue is published you will likely be on the mailing list to receive that issue.
How do I view, download, and save a PDF?
If you are having trouble viewing or downloading a PDF file, try the following Troubleshooting Tips:
Make sure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer. Viewing and downloading and viewing PDF files requires installation of this software. If you need to install Acrobat, please visit the Adobe website http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html for a free download. Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to assure browser/software compatibility. To upgrade to the most current version of Acrobat, please visit the Adobe website. If you are using Internet Explorer version 5.0, you will need to update your browser version as this product has know compatibility problems with the Acrobat software. If you continue to experience technical problems downloading/viewing PDF files - please write down the error message you receive, and call a Technical Support Representative at 1-800-468-1128 for assistance. Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern time.
