When will my subscription begin?
Print subscriptions are processed within 6 weeks after receipt of your order.

If you subscribed to the Digital Edition, you should receive an email within 4 weeks, when the next digital edition becomes available.
Why are some subscriptions free while others are not?
Print subscription eligibility is determined by the publisher. Only qualified readers can receive a free print subscription. Those who do not fall under the qualifications must purchase a print subscription.
Do you accept credit cards, and is your site secure?
Yes, you may place an order or renew an existing subscription online. We accept all major credit cards on our secure server.
Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms?
Our files must be updated once a year. This also helps our editors create content that our readers are most interested in.
How do I change my mailing address?
To change your mailing address, please use our Online Change of Address Form.

Please note that since we prepare mailing labels far in advance, we need at least eight weeks' notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your Residential Systems Magazine subscription. Please be sure to give us both your old address (exactly as it appears on your magazine label) and your new address when making an address change. Or you may also email subscriber service directly with your old and new address information.
What is my subscriber account number?
Your print subscriber account number is a seven digit numeric code located above your name on the magazine label. Click here for a sample or your print account number.

If you subscribe to the digital edition, your account number can be located in the email you received announcing the availability of the digital edition.
When does my subscription expire?
Paid subscription expiration dates are printed on the mailing label of your magazine. It is located to the right of your name and is formatted by month and year, e.g. "Feb 21".
What should I do if I didn't receive an issue?
Let us know about a missed issue by emailing subscriber services directly. We'll either mail that issue to you or extend your subscription by one issue.
Why did I receive another bill or renewal notice when I have already paid for my subscription?
Your payment and our notice probably just crossed each other in the mail. If you get another bill or renewal notice, please contact us by emailing subscriber services and we'll resolve the issue.
I changed my address already; why is Residential Systems Magazine still being sent to my old address?
When you contact us to change your address, your request is processed immediately. We prepare the mailing labels for our magazines in advance of the mail date. So the labels might have been printed before your change was recorded.
How can I order back issues of Residential Systems Magazine?
A limited number of issues are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email subscriber services to find out if the issue you want to purchase is available. Back single copy issues are $8.00 sent inside the US, $10.00 sent to Canada, $13.00 everywhere else. All orders must be prepaid.
Will my name be added to other mailing lists?
Sometimes, Residential Systems Magazine finds other products, services or events that would be of interest to our readers. In such cases, we allow qualified, professional organizations to access our mailing list. If you would prefer not to receive these mailings, please send us a request to remove your name from our file.
